Bunker Hill Design Co. is a multi-award winning residential design firm specializing in all facets of residential and light commercial projects.  Our diverse, bilingual staff prides itself on providing each client with the expertise and information necessary to guide them to a successful conclusion.  Our designs and drawings have been utilized to produce more than 5,000 single and multi-family homes ranging in value from $45,000.00 to $14 million.  Our projects have been built in over 45 cities and municipalities in 6 states across the country.

The firm's senior principal, Mark Swenson, received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University in 1980.  Mark has acquired more than 25 years of experience in the residential design and construction industries.  "I believe the experience gained working as a construction superintendent and builder, in my years just out of school, gives my design work a maturity or refinement that other designers may not provide."  Mark began his design practice in 1990.  Since that time, Mark has provided for the design needs of hundreds of individuals and dozens of builders.

Principal, Danielle Frasier, received her Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in 1993 and completed her Masters of Architecture at the University of Houston in 1995.  In the twelve years prior to coming to Bunker Hill Design Co., Danielle's tenure with two other local design firms specializing in residential architecture gave her the foundation needed to move from employee to partner.  "I started working on basic permit sets for small production housing.  Over the years, projects evolved to full-service, highly detailed, construction documents for large, high-end custom homes.  Working on all aspects of multi-million dollar homes has provided me the experience to understand the importance of the design process for a successful solution to every project."

Senior project manager, Santiago Lee, has been with the firm for over 7 years.  He received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston and his diverse background has allowed him to bring a fresh perspective to Bunker Hill Design Co.
